We had such a fabulous FITNESS OPEN HOUSE this past Saturday, January 8th! Kat gave us an absolutely amazing Yoga class at 9am! She challenged us with Power Yoga and some amazing flexibility training. Yoga was followed by Gaby's fantastic Zumba class at 10am. We had so much fun dancing and following Gaby's fantastic dancing! Lastly, we were really challenged with Greg's Karate Fitness Class at 11am. We stretched and kicked and punched and had an absolutely wonderful lesson!
The day was fantastic! Thank you to all of our instructors, students, friends and family for making it such a wonderful day. We had so much fun and hope you all did too! Hopefully you've all recovered ;))
